Moisturizing Eyelash Growth Serum.... known as the "E.Y.E.S" system.
For those of you who follow my cosmetics company "Never Over The Hill Cosmetics", you know that I have developed a new eyelash growth serum. The "Moisturizing Eyelash Growth Serum" known as the "E.Y.E.S" system, is only $25.00..... and it works as good if not better than Latisse and the other "drug" active eyelash products. Please take a moment and think before buying a product that contains a "drug" active. This particular drug active was designed to work against Glaucoma. It was found that a "side effect" of this Glaucoma drug was that eyelashes seemed to grow longer. However, that isn't the only side effect. Let me list the known side effects when using products that contain the drug "Lumigan"/Bimatoprost and prostaglandin type actives.
1) Eye color change, to a darker color which cannot be reversed
2) Red eyes, and/or redness around the eyelid area
3) Severe eye irritation on use of the product
4) Eyelash shedding and falling out
5) "spidery" eyelash growth, eyelashes that are not straight, that curl or bend in odd directions
6) Hairs growing in places on or near the eyes where hair should not grow
7) Blurred Vision
8) Drug active products REQUIRE a prescription to obtain, possess and use. This requires expensive doctor visits just to obtain the prescription. Ordering from "overseas" without the prescription is ILLEGAL, and the DEA can and will arrest users who have these products without a prescription.
9) Ordering a "drug" product from overseas, sight unseen, can result in products that are tampered with, not strong enough, contaminated, and/or potentially harmful to the user's health.
Now, this list is not something I made up to make my product sound better. The list of side effects is well known to the makers of the drug active, and THEY even have to include this list with every product sold, since it is a drug product.
After learning about these problems, and the problems that users of these products have had, that convinced me to make my product, which is a cosmetic product and NOT a drug product.

This product does not contain a "drug" active, it has no side effects, no irritation, yet it creates healthy eyelash growth. The active ingredient is a cosmetic approved "peptide". Here are some comments from various articles that I have researched that may explain more about eyelash growth, and give you a better understanding of the topic.
Each human eyelash lives an average of 5 to 6 months. The phase of the hair follicle and terminal hair (anagen) lasts 2 to 3 months. At the end of the eyelash growth, a brief transition stage of 2 to 3 weeks follows (catagen), with shortening of the hair follicle. Finally, the follicle enters a resting phase (telogen) of 2 to 3 months, leading to the detachment of the eyelash. Approximately 60% to 80% of the eyelashes are in the anagen phase.
Eyelash growth cycle is much faster than hair (30d-6mos). How quickly you start to see the result depends on the point in time of your hair growth cycle that you begin using a product . EVERYONE responds to some degree or other. The product brings your hair cycle growth into synchrony and may speed it up.
Anagen – the growth phase
Each follicle can grow many hairs over a lifetime: on average, each grows a new hair around twenty times. The phasing of the growth cycle is staggered amongst the follicles. Which prevents us from periodic phases of no lashes when the growth cycle stops.
The growth phase is called anagen. How long anagen lasts is determined genetically, and varies between the sexes and from one person to another. It is the length of this time that determines how long the hair will grow. For head hair, the anagen phase can last from three to as much as seven years.
Catagen – the intermediate phase
The anagen phase is followed by a short resting phase. This catagen phase lasts between two and four weeks. No pigment is made during that time, and the follicle stops producing hair. The base of the follicle moves upwards towards the surface of the skin.
Telogen (the shedding phase)
The telogen phase lasts for three or four months. During this time a new hair begins to grow from the hair follicle. As it grows upwards the old hair will be shed naturally or may be pulled out. Tweezing is easily and painlessly done with telogen hairs. These are the hairs that come out when you shampoo or brush your hair.
Eyelashes shed just like head hair. It may be that people who think their new eyelash growth product is causing their lashes to shed are nothing more than the victims of coincidence. On the other hand, it could seem to be a more dramatic loss than normal. This could be due to the fact that some eyelash growth products, specifically the ones that contain prostaglandins (Bimatoprost/Lumigan), speed up the growth cycle prompting a bout of shedding.
The growth cycle of eyebrows and eyelashes are a mere blink of the eye compared to head hair. Eyebrows take up to 64 (give or take) days to come back fully. Eyelashes are even more fleeting, taking only four to six weeks to come and go.
